The $15,500 Package to the WSOP 2012 includes: $10,000 entry to the WSOP Main Event, $2,000 for travel (paid into the winner’s Racing Post account), $500 spending money (given in cash in Las Vegas),8 nights' accommodation, access to special Racing Post Poker Players Lounge (where breakfast is served each morning and drinks available all day), Racing Post Poker Live Event Merchandiser Kit and a Special VIP event.
  4. Winners of WSOP Main Event packages will be expected to act as ambassadors for Racing Post at this venue - meaning you will be obligated to wear Racing Post branded merchandise at the event.
  5. Entrants must be 21 years of age to play in the WSOP Main Event. All entrants to the event will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID). Entrants that are not able to present such proof will be excluded from participation in the Event with no compensation.
  6. In the event that a qualifier winner will not be 21 years of age by the time the WSOP Main Event occurs, the winner will forfeit the prize and Racing Post will not be held responsible for compensation or any form of reimbursement.
  7. By participating in a WSOP Qualifier, you grant Racing Post the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation and you expressly waive any claims against Racing Post in this regard.
  8. In the event that the member is still in the WSOP Main Event past the 8 nights' accommodation, Racing Post will assume responsibility for the cost of the additional nights and travel arrangements.
  9. By entering an Racing Post WSOP Qualifier each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Qualifier and the awarding of the prizes.
  10. All Racing Post fraud and collusion rules apply. Any fraudulent activity detected in this Promotion will result in the Promoter removing any and all winning Prizes from the guilty parties.
  11. Winners of the Prize packages are solely responsible for ensuring that their travel documents are up to date and that any visa needed to travel is obtained. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for winners being unable to travel due to lack of appropriate travel documents.
  12. The Promoter is not responsible for changing flights, accommodation and anything else relating to the itinerary after the winner has chosen the package.
  13. These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
