How does the Racing Post Rewards Program work?

The Racing Post Rewards Program is simple. You earn Reward Points that can be redeemed for cash or can be used in our online store by playing in Racing Post’s ring games and tournaments. The more you play, the more Status Points you get. Once you reach certain monthly Status Point ceilings, you move to a higher status and earn more Reward Points for every Status Point.

For example, when you reach “Gold” status, you get 4.5 Reward Points for every Status Point you collect. Once you reach Platinum status you will begin earning 9 Reward Points for every Status Point. So the more Status Points you earn, the higher your status and the more you get!

2. Reward Points

iii. Can be accumulated over a long period of time in order to redeem very high-end value merchandise in the online store.

How can I keep track of my Status Points?

The Status Progress Bar can be found in the top left hand corner of your table screen during game play. In addition, you may keep an eye on your Status Points on your personal rewards page.

Can I earn points from playing casino games via the poker lobby?

Yes. Although our rewards program runs within Racing Post, points can be earned whilst playing casino games as well. For every £16 wagered on casino games, you will earn 1.5 Status Points. Status Points are converted to Reward Points at face value, as a multiplier is not used when earning from casino games.

Am I still earning FPPs (Frequent Player Points)?

FPPs will no longer be used in Racing Post, but anyone who has accumulated FPPs will not lose out, they’ll simply be converted to Reward Points at a 1:1 ratio.

If my Status Points are reset at the end of every month, and I reach a new status on the 29th, do I keep this status for 2 days?

No. We have made sure that you get the maximum from your status, which is why any new status gained during a month will be secure until the end of the following month. So, for example, if you reach a new status on the 29th of April, this will be your status right until the end of May!

How do I become a VIP member?

When you reach the 60,000 Status Point mark during a calendar year, you will be awarded VIP status* and consequently contacted by your personal account manager, available only to VIPs.

Unlike any other poker rewards program, Racing Post allows you to remain in that status from the moment you earn it, until the end of that current month, and then, for another solid 12 calendar months following! For example, if you reach VIP status on the 12th of April 2009, you will remain in this status until the 30th of April, 2010. This means for a whole year you can simply concentrate on earning points to reach our highest level – VIP Diamond.

Other than Reward Points, are there any extra benefits to statuses?

Yes! Every status has its own exclusive tournaments, meaning that Silver players, for example, must wait until they reach Gold to play in a Gold status tournament, as with players in Gold status, who must wait until they reach Platinum to play in a Platinum tournament and so on. Look out for a tournament that is exclusive to your status! There are also exclusive promotions, freeroll events and complimentary gifts for every status. The higher your status, the more rewards you shall reap!
